Need a program for a stage production or event? An instruction booklet for a new product? For more than 10 years we have been designing programs ("playbills"), promotional posters and signs for professional theatre productions. We also design programs and schedules for multi-day conferences, fairs and events. We are experts at working with printers to produce attractive materials, delivered on schedule and at a reasonable cost.
Several elements are crucial in program design: the cover must be attractive and communicate specific information while conforming to any applicable logo and trademark licensing, the titles page design must also conform to the requirements of the licensing agency. Care must be taken to assure that cast member names, photos and bios are error-free. Stylistic elements like the presentation of cast credits, acts and musical numbers must be carefully executed. And perhaps most importantly, your advertisers and sponsors must be satisfied with the design and placement of advertising. Finally, attention must be paid to layout, flow and prepress preparation.
